Acrylic rubber (ACM)

Acrylic rubber (ACM) is a new type of special rubber compound with excellent heat resistance, oil resistance, cold resistance, ozone resistance and other properties. The operating temperature range is -40 to 180℃, and the rubber hardness range is 40 to 80 degrees. According to the needs, it can be used in combination with fluororubber, nitrile rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene, ethylene propylene diene monomer, etc., so as to obtain more excellent high temperature resistance and oil resistance. Because of its excellent performance, it has been widely used in high-temperature oil seal materials for automobiles and military equipment, adhesives for container pipe linings and building sealants, outer sheaths for special wires and cables for sound insulation and shock absorption products, etc.

Fluoroelastomers (FPM)

Fluoroelastomers (FPM) commonly used are fluororubber-26 and fluororubber-246. The former is a copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and hexafluoropropylene, and the latter is a copolymer of vinylidene fluoride, tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene. The general temperature range of fluororubber compound is -40~250℃, and it can reach 300℃ in a short time. The rubber hardness can be made in the range of 50 to 90 degrees. It has outstanding heat resistance, oil resistance, acid resistance and alkali resistance, excellent aging performance and electrical insulation performance, flame retardancy and small air permeability. But it has poor low temperature performance. It is suitable for making various heat-resistant and oil-resistant sealing parts, hoses, tapes and oil tanks.

Fluorosilicone rubber (MFQ)

Fluorosilicone rubber (MFQ) is polysiloxane containing fluoroalkyl groups. Oil resistance, chemical resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, and aging resistance are excellent, but the strength and tear resistance are low, and the price is expensive. The operating temperature range is -65 to 250 ° C, and the rubber hardness can range from 60 to 90 degrees. It is suitable for making sealing rings and diaphragms of fuel oil, double ester lubricating oil, and hydraulic oil systems.

Chlorol rubber compound (CO, ECO)

The epichlorohydrin rubber is an epichlorohydrin homopolymer (CO), or a binary copolymer of epichlorohydrin and ethylene oxide (ECO), or terpolymer with the addition of a third monomer (propylene oxide). The use temperature range is -50 ~ 160 ℃, and the rubber hardness can range from 30 to 90 degrees. It has oil resistance and ozone resistance. Its heat resistance is better than that of ordinary rubber, and its permeability is low. It is suitable for making gaskets and diaphragms.

Chloroprene rubber (CR)

Chloroprene rubber (CR) is a chloroprene polymer, which is weather-resistant, ozone-aging resistant, self-extinguishing, and its oil resistance is second only to nitrile rubber.
