Huami New Material

Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymerization (ABS)

ABS is a terpolymer of acrylonitrile (A), butadiene (B), and styrene (S). ABS is non-toxic, tasteless, low water absorption; has excellent mechanical properties; good impact strength; good electrical insulation. The main application areas of ABS are automobiles, electronic appliances and building materials industries, and are also widely used in packaging, furniture, sports and entertainment products, machinery and instrument industries.

Graft Copolymerization of Acrylate Rubber Bodies with Acrylonitrile and Styrene (ASA)

ASA(English name :Acrylonitrile Styrene acrylate copolymer) is a graft copolymer of acrylate rubber body with acrylonitrile and styrene. ASA belongs to anti-impact modified resin and has good mechanical and physical properties. Strong weather resistance; Good high temperature resistance; Is a kind of antistatic material, can make the surface less dust accumulation. ASA is used in the automotive field to view the rear mirror housing and external decorative components; Electronic and electrical fields are preferred for durable equipment enclosures; The construction field is used for roof siding and window type materials.

High impact polyethylene (HIPS)

HIPS (High impact polystyrene for short) is a thermoplastic material made of elastomer modified polystyrene. HIPS have the dimensional stability of general polystyrene (GPPS), and have better impact strength and rigidity. A non-polar polymer is also an excellent electrical insulator. Applications in HIPS range from tiny gears and screws to home appliances, phones, cleaning tools and even cars and computers. The main single application of HIPS is in packaging, particularly in the food industry.

Polyamide (PA)

Nylon resin is a very typical engineering plastic with very strong and heat-resistant properties. In addition to being used in automotive components, connectors and other electronic and mechanical components, it is also widely used in packaging materials and construction materials. Now it has been applied to more familiar products, such as office chairs and bicycle wheels

Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT)

Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) is a thermoplastic resin based on polyester fibers. Due to its heat resistance, chemical resistance, weather resistance and electrical properties, it is widely used in connectors and other automotive parts, bobbins, coil boxes and other electronic and electrical components and precision components in office equipment.

Polycarbonate (PC)

Polycarbonate (PC) is an odorless, colorless or light yellow transparent solid, which can be divided into aliphatic, aromatic, aliphatic-aromatic and other types according to the structure of the ester group. It has outstanding impact resistance, creep resistance, good dimensional stability, heat resistance, low water absorption, and excellent dielectric properties. It is widely used in glass assembly industry, automobile, etc. Industry and electronics, electrical industry, followed by industrial machinery parts, CDs, packaging, computers and other office equipment, films, leisure and protective equipment, etc.

PC / ABS

PC/ABS is a PC alloy composed of polycarbonate (PC) and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS), which combines the excellent characteristics of both materials, the formability of ABS material and the mechanical properties of PC , impact strength and temperature resistance, anti-ultraviolet (UV) and other properties, can be widely used in automotive interior parts such as instrument panels, interior decoration and wheel covers, business machines, communication equipment casings, home appliance casings and lighting equipment.

Polyethylene (PE)

polyethylene (PE, short for PE) is a thermoplastic resin prepared by the polymerization of ethylene. Polyethylene is divided into high density polyethylene, low density polyethylene and linear low density polyethylene according to the polymerization method, molecular weight and chain structure. The appearance is milky white. Good chemical stability. Polyethylene can be formed by extrusion, injection, molding, blow molding and melt spinning, and it is widely used in industry, agriculture, packaging and daily industry. Film is its main application field. In addition, injection molding products, wire and cable, hollow products and so on all occupy a large proportion in its consumption structure, and it plays a decisive role in the plastic industry.

Polypropylene (PP)

Polypropylene (Polypropylene, referred to as PP) is a kind of thermoplastic resin made by propylene polymerization. It has the characteristics of tasteless, low density, high heat resistance, non-absorbent and good electrical insulation. Polypropylene can be divided into isotactic polypropylene, atactic polypropylene and mesatactic polypropylene according to the position of methyl groups. It can be processed by injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, drawing and other methods. It is suitable for the production of various electrical parts, TV and radio shell, anti-corrosion pipeline, plate, automobile parts, turnaround box, woven packaging bags, packaging film binding materials, various containers, various clothing items, artificial turf and so on

Polyphenyl ether (PPO)

The chemical name of PPO is poly (2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenylene oxide), also known as polyphenylene oxide or polyphenylene ether. It has excellent mechanical strength, stress relaxation resistance, creep resistance, and dimensional stability. Due to the above characteristics, it has been widely used in the electrical and electronic fields such as tuning chips, coil cores, microwave insulation parts, shielding sleeves, high-frequency printed circuit boards, high-voltage electronic components, TVs, computers, fax machines, copier casings, etc.; the automotive industry such as instrument panels, window frames, shock absorbers, pump filters, etc., mechanical industry such as gears, bearings, pump impellers, blower impellers, etc., and chemical industries such as pipes, valves, filters and submersible pumps and other corrosion-resistant parts
