(3) Construction and operation of pollution prevention facilities:

Wastewater:
The company's wastewater includes equipment cooling water, rubber product surface treatment wastewater and domestic sewage. Circulating use of equipment cooling water; The waste water from surface treatment of rubber products is temporarily stored in the clean water tank after being treated by the process of regulation, reaction, sedimentation and neutralization, and is used for greening in the plant area, instead of being discharged; Domestic sewage is mainly wastewater from staff washing, which is discharged into Renze Xinze Sewage Treatment Co., Ltd. after being treated in septic tank. Exhaust gas:
The company's waste gas includes particulates, non methane total hydrocarbons, hydrogen sulfide, odor concentration, tetrahydrofuran, chlorobenzene, phenols, dichloromethane, styrene, acrylonitrile, toluene, ethylbenzene, formaldehyde and xylene generated in the processes of batching, internal refining, open refining, extrusion, vulcanization, cooling, shot blasting, spraying, painting, drying, injection molding, extrusion, etc.
The waste gas generated in the curing process of the mold workshop is treated by the activated carbon adsorption desorption catalytic combustion equipment and then discharged through a 31m high exhaust funnel (DA001);
The waste gas generated in the vulcanization process of the sealing workshop is treated by the lampblack purifier+activated carbon adsorption desorption catalytic combustion equipment and then discharged through a 16m high exhaust funnel (DA002);
Rubber refining waste gas generated in the production line of polymer materials and rubber and plastic products for railway is treated by bag filter+activated carbon adsorption desorption catalytic combustion equipment, and then discharged through a 31m high exhaust funnel (DA003) (rubber refining waste gas outlet 1 #);
Rubber refining waste gas from rubber mixing and rubber products production line in Rubber Mixing Workshop II is discharged through 31m high exhaust funnel (DA004) (rubber refining waste gas outlet 2 #) after being treated by bag filter+activated carbon adsorption desorption catalytic combustion equipment;
The microwave vulcanization and rubber coating waste gas generated in the extrusion workshop is discharged through a 27m high exhaust funnel (DA005) after being treated by lampblack purifier+spray tower+demister+low-temperature plasma+activated carbon adsorption desorption catalytic combustion;
The waste gas from small auxiliary material batching and the waste gas from large auxiliary material batching generated by the project of polymer materials and rubber and plastic products for railway are treated by bag filter and discharged through a 31m exhaust funnel (DA006);
The waste gas from internal refining and rubber refining in the third rubber mixing workshop is discharged through a 31m high exhaust funnel (DA007) after being treated by pulse bag filter+activated carbon adsorption desorption catalytic combustion;

The waste gas from small material batching produced by the automatic batching system is treated by the bag type dust remover and discharged through a 31m exhaust funnel (DA010);
Shot blasting waste gas produced in shot blasting process is treated by bag filter and discharged through a 16m high exhaust funnel (DA011);
The top suction waste gas generated in the sealing workshop is discharged through a 16m high exhaust funnel (DA012) after being treated by the photo oxygen catalytic equipment and activated carbon adsorption.
The top suction waste gas generated in Rubber Mixing Workshop II is discharged through a 31m high exhaust funnel (DA013) after being treated by low-temperature plasma+activated carbon adsorption;

The waste gas particles generated in the charging process of the high material workshop are discharged through a 16m high exhaust funnel after being treated by the bag filter (DA029);
The organic waste gas generated in the extrusion process of the high material workshop is discharged through a 16m high exhaust funnel (DA030) after being treated by the lampblack purifier+activated carbon adsorption desorption catalytic combustion;
The top suction waste gas from the high material workshop is discharged through a 16m high exhaust funnel (DA031) after being treated by activated carbon adsorption desorption catalytic combustion.
Waste from injection (blow molding) process in the sealing workshop is discharged through a 16m high exhaust funnel (DA032) after catalytic combustion by activated carbon adsorption desorption.
At present, there are 20 exhaust outlets, which comply with Table 2 of the Emission Standard for Odor Pollutants (GB14554-93), Table 5 of the Emission Standard for Industrial Pollutants of Rubber Products (GB27632-2011), Table 1 of the Emission Control Standard for Volatile Organic Compounds of Industrial Enterprises (DB13/2322-2016), Table 2 of the Integrated Emission Standard for Air Pollutants (GB16297-1996) The special emission limits of air pollutants in Table 5 of the Emission Standard of Pollutants for Synthetic Resin Industry (GB31572-2015), and the verified total emission VOCS is 47.905 tons/year. No exceeding standard is found through inspection.
Solid wastes:
The general solid wastes generated by the project mainly include dust remover dust, waste packaging, rubber offal, plastic offal, scrap metal, unqualified products and waste scraps generated by the bag type dust remover. All the above are sold after recycling, except the dust remover dust. The domestic garbage of employees shall be collected regularly and disposed of by the municipal sanitation department.
Waste emulsion, waste filter cotton and filter bag, sewage treatment station sludge, waste mineral oil, waste alkali, waste paint bucket, laboratory waste liquid, waste activated carbon, waste UV lamp, paint residue, waste cleaning agent, waste adhesive bucket, waste oil bucket, waste grease, waste oil gas separator, oil filter element, oil separator, oil absorbent cotton, waste phosphating liquid, waste phosphating residue, waste catalyst, laboratory reagent bottle, waste oil from lampblack purifier are all hazardous wastes, It shall be collected uniformly, stored temporarily according to the Standard for Pollution Control on Hazardous Waste Storage (GB18597-2001), and regularly sent to Wu'an Xinfeng Cement Co., Ltd. and Hebei Zuoying Environmental Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. for disposal; A temporary hazardous waste storage room is built in the northeast corner of the plant area to store hazardous waste generated by the project.
Noise:
The project noise comes from mechanical equipment such as vulcanizers, internal mixers and extruders. The noise level is about 70dB (A) - 90dB (A). The noise at the plant boundary can meet the requirements of Class 2 and Class 4a standards in the Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises Noise at Boundary (GB12348-2008) after the measures such as low-noise equipment, foundation vibration reduction, plant sound insulation and reasonable layout are taken to deal with the noise; No exceeding standard is found through inspection.
(4) Environmental impact assessment of the construction project and other environmental protection administrative licensing:
On August 14, 2003, the Environmental Impact Report of the Special Rubber and Products Production Expansion Project of Hebei Huami Rubber Co., Ltd. was approved by Xingtai Environmental Protection Bureau. On November 1, 2005, it passed the environmental protection completion acceptance of Xingtai Environmental Protection Bureau. The first phase of the project has been removed.
