Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS)

Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), is a thermoplastic special engineering plastic with excellent comprehensive performance, its outstanding characteristics are high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, flame retardant and superior mechanical properties. Good fluidity makes it have excellent dimensional accuracy.

Polyether ether ketone (PEEK)

Polyether ether ketone (PEEK) is a kind of special engineering plastic with excellent electrical properties. It has low creep variable, high elastic modulus, excellent friction and chemical resistance, as well as flame retardancy, radiation resistance and excellent mechanical properties. Due to the above characteristics, it has been widely used in semiconductor industry such as wafer carrier, electronic insulating diaphragm and auto parts, especially parts around the engine, variable speed transmission parts and steering parts, as well as military, nuclear and other related fields of special wires.

Polyether imide (PEI)

Polyether imide (PEI); With excellent high temperature resistance and dimensional stability, as well as excellent chemical resistance, flame retardant, electrical, high strength, high rigidity, etc. PEI resin can be widely used in high temperature terminals, IC base, lighting equipment, FPCB (soft circuit board), liquid delivery equipment, aircraft internal parts and household appliances.

Styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR)

Styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) is a copolymer of butadiene and styrene. Butylbenzene-10 containing 10% styrene has good cold resistance, and butylbenzene-30 containing 30% styrene has excellent wear resistance. It is suitable for making tires and sealing parts, and the products have poor oil resistance and aging resistance. The operating temperature range is -40℃ to 100℃, and the rubber hardness can range from 20 to 95 degrees.

Isobutylene-isoprene rubber (IIR)

Isobutylene-isoprene rubber (IIR) is a copolymer of isobutylene and isoprene. It features weather resistance, ozone aging, phosphate ester hydraulic oil resistance, acid, alkali, rocket fuel and oxidant resistance, excellent dielectric and insulating properties, and low air permeability. The operating temperature range is -50℃~150℃, and the rubber hardness can range from 30 to 90 degrees. It is suitable for making tire inner tubes, door and window sealing strips, sealing parts of phosphate ester hydraulic oil systems, rubber hoses, insulation layers of wires, adhesive tapes and shock absorbing dampers. Products are not resistant to petroleum-based oils.

Natural rubber (NR)

Natural rubber (NR) is an isoprene polymer. It has excellent resilience, tensile strength, elongation, abrasion resistance, tear strength and resilience performance are superior to most synthetic rubber. The operating temperature range is -60℃ to 100℃. Rubber hardness can range from 30 to 90 degrees. It is suitable for making tires, shock absorbing parts, buffer ropes and sealing parts. It is not oil-resistant, and has poor weather, ozone and thermal oxygen resistance.
